WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Tyler will provide attendees with their very own x-ray dashboard, which works as an applied example for the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria to help improve an organization. He will cover the benefits of knowing and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of a business, while prioritizing and focusing on efforts for faster results. Attendees will be able to develop an action plan to drive improvement, improve customer value and satisfaction, and develop a solid foundation from which to grow business and achieve greatness. ABOUT THE SPEAKER Tyler Powell is President and Owner of Biz Works, where he helps businesses improve profitability by assisting with startup planning, operational assessments, manufacturing excellence, and space planning. Previously, Tyler was an engineer and production manager for Simms Fishing Products and a director of startup operations with Great Harvest Franchising, Inc. He was also a senior project manager/consultant for Integrated Facility Services, a manufacturing engineer for Tektronix, Inc., and an industrial engineer intern for Ore-Ida Foods, Inc. Tyler has been on the Montana State University Industrial Advisory Board for the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department, since 1998.
