Based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria, Biz Works and ACI-Xray^© will help you critically & deeply analyze your business from bottom to top in 4 Core Categories, each consisting of 4 Functional Areas. (see table below)

Inside each of the 16 functional areas there are a series of questions.  You evaluate and rate your business performance to each question.  As you do so, X-Ray does the “math” and even color codes things for you.  Green is good, Red is not so good, and Yellow is somewhere in the middle.  The result is a color-coded “dashboard” giving you a visual as well as quantitative feedback (rolled up into 4 core categories) of where your business is strong and not quite so strong, affording you the opportunity to prioritize your efforts for maximum benefit. As an overall indicator, the 4 core categories are rolled up into a single Organization Excellence metric. (see dashboard example below)
